My friend is excited to see on what the movie was because she idolize Zac. Watch "The Lucky One" on April 20, 2012.

The Lucky One is the film adaptation of Nicholas Sparks directed by Scott Hicks. U.S. Marine Logan Thibault (Zac Efron) returns to North Carolina from his third tour of duty in Iraq, with the one thing that keeps him alive a picture of a woman which he doesn't even know and at the back there's a quote of "Keep Safe" and once he get home he will find that woman, whoever and wherever she is.

Logan: "I promised myself that if I made it out, I would find that girl and thank her for saving my life"

The war has been a traumatic experience for him, every sounds he hear he thought it was the crowd of bullet that disturbed him a lot, he decided to go in rural Louisiana and find the girl in the picture. He finds Beth (Taylor Schilling) who runs a dog Kennel and lives in a spacious and charming old house with her seven-year-old son Ben (Riley Thomas Stewart) and grandma Ellie (Blythe Danner) who hires him as a Helper.

At first, Beth doesn't like him because she thought Logan is a crazy person but then she was struck when Logan accompanying Ben (her son) for his upcoming church violin to boost his confidence in front of many people. Keith (Beth's ex-husband) mockingly whistles the Marine's Hymn at the soldier and uses his lawman position to threaten both his ex-wife and Logan. Still, if it weren't for the threat posed it would have been right at home in a silent movie melodrama. This love story is about destiny, Logan is destined to find the girl in the picture and Beth is understandably wary about Logan's presence and intentions but her mother, Ellie (Blythe Danner), doesn't hesitate to make her opinions known. It's Fate.

Logan: "Most love stories begin with a kiss. Ours began before we even met."

Logan: "You should be kissed. Every day, every hour, every minute."
